I never thought I would admit this, but I am sick of fast food. How that Spurlock guy did this for 30 straight days is beyond even my legendary drinking/eating capabilities. I won't say I'm eating poorly, but when I tried to introduce a banana into my diet this afternoon, my entire digestive tract seized up faster than my Dad's car that time I filled it with diesel instead of premium gas.
